We are hiring for a young and highly motivated Accountant Cum Office Manager wherein candidate from IT background would be preferred. Also, the candidate must be comfortable with working with different software tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, MS Office, etc.
Accounting background preferred
Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
Filing returns for GST, Tax and handling office paperwork
Making Invoices etc
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Purchasing office supplies and equipment
Overseeing general office operations.
Coordinating with other vendors and clients through Email/Call
Requirement and Skills
Candidate should have minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting
Candidate should have working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, MS Office, etc.
Candidate should have working knowledge of GST filling process
Candidate should have good communication skills
Candidate should have good knowledge of taxation, statutory audits, internal audits and GST
Candidate must be highly motivated and should be able to work independently with limited supervision.
